Zen archer –

The best of zen archer vol. 1 (remastered)

Zen Archer's music has many diverse musical influences from musical artists such as The Beatles, Peter Gabriel, XTC, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd,Yes and Todd Rundgren. This Best of Volume 1 show's how those different artistic styles were absorbed and woven into the Zen Archer sound. It's rock and roll, it's progressive and it's melodic. This collection includes songs from their 3 album catalog-Under The Sun-1989, What Goes Around '-1990 and Dream Machine-1991 plus 2 previously unreleased tracks. This album reflects the band's songwriting from the early years of the band 1987 until late1991. In 1992 through late 1993 they began working on their 4th and last album. The tracks from that uncompleted work as well as other Zen Archer recordings will be released next year on Volume 2.
