Here's everything you need to know about getting your order from our place to yours.

Shipping Costs

New Zealand

Free delivery on orders $150 and over.

Auckland $6.99
Rest of North Island $7.99
South Island $11.99

Australia

Orders under $500: Flat $15 delivery, or $30 if your order requires split shipping.

Free delivery on orders $500 and over.

United States

Standard shipping $25.

Where We Ship From

Most orders leave from our Auckland store, aka the Groovy mothership. Some supplier items may ship separately, depending on availability and where they're coming from.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel is on the move, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow it through NZ Post or the designated international courier.

If your order is split, you'll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

How Long It Takes

In-stock items usually go out the door the next business day. Supplier items take a little longer because they need to make their way to us first.

New Zealand: 2–3 business days
Australia: 3–6 business days
United States: 4–14 business days

EU Supplier: 6–14 business days

These are estimates, so allow a little extra time during busy periods or if your order includes supplier items.

You'll get tracking details once your order is packed and ready to roll.

Click & Collect

Available for New Zealand customers. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

Swing by the counter, give us your name and we'll hand it over.

Not available for Australia or the USA.

International Shipping

We ship to Australia and the United States, with selected other countries available on request.

Some products can't be shipped overseas, so make sure you're shopping the correct site for your region.

International orders may also be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges, depending on the destination. Any applicable charges not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

Signature Required

All orders are sent signature required to keep your parcel safe.

New Zealand

If you'd prefer an Authority To Leave (ATL), you can arrange this through NZ Post once you have your tracking number. You'll need an NZ Post account.

Australia

Signature is also required. If you'd prefer an ATL, this can usually be arranged with the courier via your tracking link.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

New Zealand P.O. Boxes are fine.

Australia and international orders need a physical street address. If you don't have one available, consider using a work address or somewhere someone can receive your parcel.

Split Orders: Supplier Items vs In-Stock Items

Some items are available in-store, while others come from our suppliers. Each product is clearly labelled on our website so you know what you're ordering.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and supplier items, it may be split into two separate shipments.

• Your items may arrive at different times.

• You'll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

• Additional shipping charges may apply, depending on your delivery location.

Australian orders: Delivery is $15 for a single shipment or $30 for a split order. Shipping is capped at $30.

How to avoid extra shipping fees:

Spend $150 or more in New Zealand or $500 or more in Australia and your order qualifies for free delivery, even when split.
