Right out of the gate, the goal of Bloodstain was to carry the torch of this new generation of Swedish Thrash bands that recently have being popping up starting a new wave in the country, also called "The New wave of Swedish Thrash Metal" by the Swedish media. Bloodstain has already taken the lead among these other new bands in monthly listeners, in total streams on digital platforms and are at the moment the most popular Swedish band in the genre right now. The Swedish pod "Metalpodden" has appointed Bloodstain as "one of Sweden's best unsigned metal bands in 2024"!
