Points Promotions
From time to time, we run bonus points promotions like Double Points and Triple Points. These are time-based offers, available for a limited period only, and are designed to help members earn rewards faster.
Bonus points promotions aren’t always running, so the best way to stay in the loop is to join our database and RG Club. We’ll let you know when these offers are coming up, along with other exclusive member promotions.
Double Points
During Double Points promotions, members earn 2x points on eligible purchases.
- Applies to eligible products only
- Points are calculated on the purchase value, excluding shipping, gift cards and taxes (where applicable)
- Points are added after the order is completed
Triple Points
During Triple Points promotions, members earn 3x points on eligible purchases.
- Applies to eligible products only
- Higher‑value or limited‑time promotions
- Points are calculated and awarded in the same way as Double Points
Discount Promotions
Discount promotions reduce the price you pay at checkout.
These may include:
- Percentage discounts (e.g. 10% off)
- Dollar‑off offers (e.g. $20 off when you spend $150)
- Automatic discounts or discount codes
Discounts:
- Apply at checkout
- Cannot usually be combined with other offers unless stated
- Do not earn points on any portion paid with rewards
In‑Store Promotions
Some promotions are in‑store only and may not be available online.
In‑store promotions may include:
- Exclusive member offers
- Spend & save deals
- Limited‑time or weekend‑only offers
- Promotions tied to events or activations
Our team will always let you know if a promotion is in‑store only.
Online Promotions
Online promotions may differ from in‑store offers due to:
- Fulfilment and shipping considerations

Online‑only promotions may include:
