Description
One of Aotearoa's most distinctive voices – singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Louis Baker announces his second album, Trouble. Across nine songs, Trouble unfolds as Louis Baker's most assured work to date. Taking shape during a time of personal growth, it balances social observation with reflections on love, resilience and the work of confronting himself. Written, arranged and produced by Louis Baker in his studio in Titahi Bay, Wellington, across 2024 and 2025, Trouble is rooted in timeless songwriting, blending retro-soul influences with contemporary production.
