Description
The first full-length from USA doom band Marrowfields, titled Metamorphoses," is an exploration of the creation and demise of mankind inspired by mythological tales of old. Mixing sounds from traditional doom metal and black metal, the band uses soaring clean vocals too convey thematic elements of devastation, loss, greed, and anguish. From crushing doom riffs to dreamlike blackened influences, Marrowfields offer a punishing and haunting approach for fans of the genre."
