Delivery is free when you spend over $150.

Where We Ship From
Every order leaves from our Auckland store. No third-party warehouses, no mystery locations, just the Groovy mothership.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel is on the move, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it through NZ Post or the designated international courier.
How Long It Takes
In-stock items usually go out the door the next business day. Supplier items take a little longer because they need to make their way to us first.

In Stock ships next business day
NZ Supplier ships within 4 to 10 business days
US Supplier ships within 4 to 10 business days

You’ll get tracking details the moment your order is packed and ready to roll.
Click & Collect
Available for New Zealand customers. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll email when your order is ready. Swing by the counter, give us your name, and we’ll hand it over.
Not available for Australia or the USA.
International Shipping
We ship to Australia and selected countries on request. USA is coming soon.
Australia usually takes 3 to 6 business days.
USA and other regions 6 to 13 business days plus an extra 5 to 10 days if the item needs to come from a supplier first.
Some products can’t be shipped overseas, so make sure you’re shopping the correct site for your region.
Signature Required
All orders are sent signature required to keep your parcel safe.
New Zealand
If you’d prefer an Authority To Leave, you can set this up through NZ Post once you have your tracking number. You’ll need an NZ Post account.
Australia
Signature is also required. If you want an ATL, this can usually be arranged with the courier via your tracking link.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
New Zealand P.O. Boxes are fine.
Australia and international orders need a physical street address. If you don’t have one available, consider using a work address or a spot where someone can receive your parcel.
