Silver in their veins

'These songs evoke the spirit of rock 'n roll in it's many magical forms. You might hear a faint Jethro Tull reference here, a touch of late Byrds there. Even Bootsie Collins and Johnny Cash might find themselves nodding along. Yet ultimately, what carries you through is a singular vision brought to life in the present. Think of Scott Kellogg as an itinerant preacher with a wandering tent show. You might be standing in the back row and miss a few of his words, but the soul in his message will surely reach you. You'll find yourself returning the next time he passes through town.' - Tom Roznowski Scott Kellogg's songwriting and mastery of his playing imbibe a sense of deep knowing: that kind of primal knowing, like putting your ear to the ground and hearing the Earth's heartbeat." - Amanda Pearcy "His bass guitar playing is second to none, but he's also an intelligent lyricist and composer, a thoughtful producer, and a masterful guitar player." - Bobbie Lancaster."
